Heidi Montag has been criticised by a leading plastic surgeon for having ten operations in one day last year. The Hills’ star has had a range of procedures on her lips, bum, boobs, brow, nose and chin at just 23. US TV doctor Robert Rey told US Magazine:

“I would never have done more than three or four (operations). What worries me is the commentary she is making to young girls. “My young girl looks up to her and likes her. What message is she sending to young girls?”

The same publication asked another expert Dr Lyle M. Beck about the surgery, he said the star can expect “significant drooping of the breasts.” Her boyf’ Spencer Pratt then wrote on Twitter: “You must be JWOWW's doctor... Heidi ain't JWOWW.”
